Provide a detailed breakdown of all costs, including base rates, additional charges (e.g., fuel surcharges, tolls, gratuity), and any potential extra services (e.g., extra stops).
Clarify any minimum hourly requirements for certain types of bookings, such as weddings or special events.
Vehicle Availability and Substitution:
Explain the procedure for vehicle availability and any circumstances under which a substitution might occur (e.g., mechanical issues).

Define any additional charges that may apply if the reservation exceeds the initially agreed-upon duration.
Include a clause addressing unforeseeable circumstances (such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events) that may impact the ability to provide the service.
Specify the responsibilities of the client in the event of any damage to the vehicle during the service, including potential repair or cleaning fees.
Outline the procedure for handling lost items left in the vehicle after the service, including any fees associated with retrieval or shipping.

Clearly state the extent of the limousine service’s liability in the event of accidents, and confirm that the company carries adequate insurance coverage.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Assure clients that their personal information will be handled in compliance with relevant data protection laws and will not be shared without consent.
