Terms and Conditions of Limo Maryland

Calls/appointments must be made at least six (6) hours before the pick-up time. Limo.md cannot guarantee prompt pick-up for calls received less than six hours before the intended pick-up time.

Md Limousine Service

Contract Agreement

All deposits made to Limo.md cannot be refunded. Cancellations of Sedan SUV transfers within 24hrs, Limousines and Luxury Vans, hourly/daily sedan service or SUV service, and Minibuses 7-day charters, will be charged at 100%. All airline delays, cancellations, and missed flights must be reported to us by the client. After flight arrival, delayed flights will be charged. Please adhere to our no-smoking policy.


  • All reservations will be charged to the client’s corporate accounts or credit cards. Limo.md accepts most major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. All rides will incur a 20% gratuity, fuel charges of 15%, and an Admin Fee of 15% will also be charged.
  • Gratuity is calculated based on the base fare, stop time, wait time, and holiday surcharges. These will be added to the client’s billing statement and itemized.
  • Rates published are subject to change without notice.
  • All rates are in local currency and will be billed in dollars according to the prevailing exchange rate.
  • Taxes applicable will be added as necessary.
  • Limo.md chauffeurs cannot solicit gratuities.

Limo.md requires credit card authorization or credit card imprint to prevent fraud.


  • Please call us for any changes. Cancellations or changes made after noon via email or telephone will not be accepted.
  • Sedans: Cancellation must be made at least 3 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges. (Some restrictions and cancellation fees might apply).
  • Van and SUV: You must cancel 6 hours in advance. A 24-hour notice is required to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Minibus, Limousine, Party Bus: Cancellation of limousines or minibusses requires 72 hours (3 days) notice. Cancellations made after this time will incur a full cancellation fee.
  • Party Bus cancellations require a minimum of one week’s notice. Cancellations made after this time will incur a full cancellation fee.


  • The renter is responsible for any damages caused by an authorized renter or any renter party during the lease period.

    • Include a clause addressing unforeseeable circumstances (such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events) that may impact the ability to provide the service.
  10. Damage Policy:
    • Specify the responsibilities of the client in the event of any damage to the vehicle during the service, including potential repair or cleaning fees.
  11. Lost Items:
    • Outline the procedure for handling lost items left in the vehicle after the service, including any fees associated with retrieval or shipping.
  12. Liability and Insurance:
    • Clearly state the extent of the limousine service’s liability in the event of accidents, and confirm that the company carries adequate insurance coverage.
  13. Privacy and Data Protection:
    • Assure clients that their personal information will be handled in compliance with relevant data protection laws and will not be shared without consent.
  14. Complaints and Disputes:
    • Provide a clear process for clients to raise complaints or disputes, and detail how these will be addressed and resolved.
  15. Termination of Service:
    • Specify the circumstances under which the limousine service provider may terminate the service, such as due to unruly behavior or violation of terms.
